How do I return We Deliver items?
Answer
Since items need to be cleared from your account, NEVER return Interlibrary Loan items directly to the lending library.
Return bags with prepaid postage are enclosed with every We Deliver item. Keep this bag and use it to return your item. Match the transaction number on the We Deliver sticker to the transaction number on the yellow return envelope.
