Are there overdue fees for We Deliver items?

We Deliver doesn't charge daily overdue fees. If you have overdue items, you will not be able to use the We Deliver system until your account is cleared.
Habitual overdue items may result in the restriction of your interlibrary loan privileges.
- All items must be returned by their due dates.
- On the 14th day an item is overdue, your account will be blocked and you will not be able to make new requests until your account has been cleared.
- Once an item is 4 or more weeks overdue, you are responsible for replacement costs invoiced by the lending library.
