Q. Why was my We Deliver request for an article or chapter cancelled?

Answer

There are several reasons why your request may be cancelled or sent back to you for additional information. We may need to clarify your citation, there might be a copyright issue, or sometimes, your item may be already available through library subscriptions.

Whenever a We Deliver request is cancelled, you should receive a notification. These are sent via email or text (depending on how you set up notifications) and should have some details to explain what happened.

If you don't receive any notifications, you can always check for them from your We Deliver Account Menu:

Click on the notice subject line:

...and view the details!
