Q. Why aren't We Deliver loan periods longer?

Answer

Although We Deliver tries to partner with lending libraries with longer due dates, it's not always possible to get a loan for 4 or 6 weeks. Add in transit time to get the item to you and your time to use the loan may only be a few weeks.

Media items -- DVDs and audio CDs -- may have even shorter loans.

Most loans can be renewed but it is the lending library that decides, not We Deliver.

We Deliver staff are always willing to ask a lending library for more time for you or try to make other arrangements, if possible. Stay in touch and discuss your needs. If you choose to keep an item past its due date without contacting We Deliver, you risk having your account blocked and your privileges limited in the future.
